Here are all the things that worked for us on our 11+ journey.

We home tutored our DS, and he has been offered a place at Tiffin Grammar School (Thank God and Hooray!). (He passed for Langley Grammar aswell).

We officially started our 11+ preparation in May of year 6 - so we left it really late and had a very stressful time. DS2 will be sitting his 11+ in 2010, so we will be sure to start our preparation early this time!
